Plans Progress for Valvoline Instant Oil Change Location in Minnesota

Plans for a Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Alexandria, Minnesota, are now progressing with approval from local officials, reports Alexandria Echo Press.

A conditional use permit was granted to James Douthit, doing business as Valvoline LLC, to perform minor auto repairs and oil changes on the former site of a Longtrees Woodfired Grill.

The Valvoline will be located south of 44th Avenue, east of the Walmart frontage road. It will share a parking lot with an upcoming Chipotle.

A two-bay shop will be constructed for Valvoline, with a restroom and small waiting room included in the floorplan. Parking spots will be required—two stalls per service bay. Ten stalls are provided.
