Women in Auto Care Opens Registration, Outlines Agenda for 2026 Conference
Registration has opened for the 2026 Women in Auto Care Leadership Conference, as recently shared by the organization, along with an outline of planned events.
With a theme of “Fueling the Future,” the conference is set for Feb. 17–19, 2026, at The Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth Hotel in Fort Worth, Texas. There are several celebrations and training opportunities lined up, including a networking dinner, sessions and activities focused on personal and professional development, and conversations with industry leaders on their professional journey.
Workplace Performance Expert Henna Pryor will lead a keynote session, titled “Dominating Disruption for Women in Auto Care.” Pryor is an expert columnist for Inc. Magazine, an 18-time award-winning author of Good Awkward, and an in-demand global keynote speaker. Pryor speaks and writes about performance mindset, interpersonal dynamics, high-impact communication.
Shari Pheasant, founder and CEO of Horsepower Strategies, will also lead a workshop and a custom version of the TTI Success Insights Assessment. With more than three decades of business experience, Pheasant’s background spans corporate management, award-winning
entrepreneurship, and industry advocacy. She has partnered with leading brands such as Standard Motor Products, NAPA, RepairPal, and Apple, and has spoken for industry organizations like AAPEX and Women in Auto Care. She also serves as vice chair of the Service Vehicle Experts Council.
The conference will also host Women in Auto Care’s annual fundraising event on Feb. 18, in support of the Women in Auto Care scholarship program.
