Victory Lane Quick Oil Change hosted a company-wide manager training session earlier this month at its corporate office in Plymouth, Michigan, as shared in a LinkedIn post.

Managers from across the company were brought to the corporate office for hands-on training. A variety of topics were covered at the event, including operations & leadership development; manager-in-training program enhancements; customer service excellence; technical training on complex and high-maintenance vehicles; and discussions about company growth and future opportunities.
