Driven Brands Expands Board of Directors

Timothy Johnson brings 30 years of executive experience to board as newly elected independent director.

Driven Brands, parent company of Take 5 Oil Change, recently announced the election of Timothy Johnson as an independent director to its board of directors. Johnson, whose term began Jan. 1, will also serve as a member of the company’s Audit Committee.

Johnson joins the Driven Brands board with 30 years of executive experience with global retail and consumer brands. Most recently, he served as chief financial officer and chief administrative officer at Victoria’s Secret until his retirement in May 2025. Previously, Johnson held executive roles with Big Lots and Limited Brands.

“We’re excited to expand our Board with the addition of Tim,” Jonathan Fitzpatrick, non-executive chair of the Driven Brands board said in a news release. “He brings leadership and financial expertise along with a strong understanding of today’s competitive landscape that will provide valuable perspective as the company continues to execute its strategic objectives.”

Johnson also serves on the boards of directors for Brinkers International and Dollar Tree Stores.
