FullSpeed Automotive President Departs for Role in New Industry

Ron Stilwell, who served as president and chief development officer of FullSpeed Automotive since 2021, has been appointed senior vice president of operations and patient experience at The Joint Chiropractic.

Ron Stilwell has departed FullSpeed Automotive to take on a new role in a new industry. On Monday, he was announced by The Joint Chiropractic as the organization’s new senior vice president of operations and patient experience.

Stilwell had served as FullSpeed’s president and chief development officer since July 2021. With FullSpeed, he was responsible for operations and strategic growth initiatives for flagship brands that include Grease Monkey, SpeeDee Oil Change, and Kwik Kar Automotive. Prior to joining FullSpeed, Stilwell served as vice president and chief development officer for Marco’s Pizza, and he has more than 30 years of experience in operations overall.

“Ron brings to The Joint a three decades long track record of success in operational oversight that has led to more efficient operations and improved profitability at leading franchisors such as FullSpeed Automotive, Marco’s Pizza and Massage Envy,” Sanjiv Razdan, president and CEO of The Joint Chiropractic, said in a news release.  

“With his significant experience and expertise in operational excellence for high-functioning franchise concepts and his focus on team building and culture development, we believe Ron will be a significant asset for our company as we continue to enhance the patient experience, improve franchisee relations, strengthen clinic economics, and reignite growth.”

A representative for FullSpeed confirmed that Stilwell’s final day with the organization was Jan. 2. The organization declined to comment on its plans to fill the vacated role.
