NOLN Launches 2026 Operator Survey
Quick lube shop owners, we want to hear from you—the 2026 NOLN Operator Survey is now open.
Each year, National Oil and Lube News delivers key benchmark insights on the state of the quick lube industry, and we can’t do it without your input. The Operator Survey collects vital data on fast oil change shop operators’ management, business operations, ownership strategies, marketing plans, KPIs, and more.
Our findings will be published in our annual Operator Survey Report in July. (Answers about specific shops are not publicized without permission.)
The Operator Survey takes about 15 minutes to complete. This year, one participant who completes the survey will be drawn at random to receive an $100 Amazon gift card.
