AAA, ASE, Auto Care Association, NAPA Collaborate for National Car Care Month
AAA is collaborating with leading industry organizations—including NAPA, the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence, and the Auto Care Association—to celebrate National Car Care Month this April, according to a press release.
"For over 100 years, NAPA has kept America moving with high quality parts, supplies and service,” said Jason Rainey, NAPA VP, Commercial Sales. “We are proud of our continued partnership with AAA and support important initiatives like Car Care Month.”
In 2025, AAA responded to more than 30 million roadside events—most commonly tows, battery issues, and flat tires—many of which could have been avoided with routine inspections and seasonal maintenance.
“We’re proud to partner with AAA and industry leaders to help educate drivers and keep America moving safely,” said Bill Hanvey, president and CEO, Auto Care Association. “With today’s vehicles becoming increasingly advanced, it’s critical that consumers rely on trusted, qualified repair professionals and stay proactive about routine inspections.”
“By choosing ASE-certified technicians, drivers can be confident their vehicles are being serviced by experts who have demonstrated the knowledge and skills needed to keep them safe and reliable on the road,” said Dave Johnson, president and CEO of ASE. “National Car Care Month is an important reminder that today’s vehicles are more advanced than ever, and proper maintenance of complex systems requires highly trained professionals.”
