RelaDyne has acquired Rossee Oil Company, a leading Georgia petroleum distributor and provider of fuel, lubricant, and diesel exhaust fluid solutions, as shared in a recent press release.

Headquartered in Eatonton, Georgia, Rossee Oil Company serves the state’s fuel, lubricant, cardlock, diesel exhaust fluid, and ancillary product needs. Since its founding in 1945, the company has grown from a local jobber into a full-service solutions provider supporting commercial, industrial, transportation, and agricultural customers throughout Georgia, with four distribution facilities in Eatonton, Moultrie, Wrightsville, and Swainsboro.
