FullSpeed Automotive has appointed Charles Pratt as director of franchise operations, as shared in a recent social media post.

Pratt, who joined the company a little under a year ago, had been a franchise support director. His career has included time as a market manager at Valvoline Instant Oil Change – Ivy Lane, a franchise business consultant with Valvoline Inc., and an area manager for Valvoline Instant Oil Change – Henley Enterprises.

“Over the past year partnering with our Grease Monkey and SpeeDee franchise networks, I’ve seen firsthand the dedication required to run high-volume, multi-unit service centers day in and day out,” Pratt said. “In this expanded role, my priority is straightforward: supporting our franchise support directors, equipping our franchise partners with the tools they need to drive unit-level profitability, and scaling operational consistency across the brand.”
