Aug. 11, 2019—Two quick lube brands are looking to build in Muncie, Ind.
The Muncie Star Press reports that representatives for a proposed Valvoline Instant Oil Change received the OK from the city council to build a shop in town. At the same time, another group is looking to build a Take 5 Oil Change location and is seeking a zoning variance to build.
The proposed shops would be within a few blocks of each other.
