Take 5 Oil Change Acquires QuickStop Oilube

Take 5 Oil Change recently announced the acquisition of QuickStop Oilube of Burlington, Kentucky, which operates 10 locations in the greater Cincinnati market. The acquisition marks Take 5 Oil Change’s entry into the Cincinnati market, as well as the states of Indiana and Kentucky.

QuickStop Oilube was founded in 1987 by Jeff and Cathie Simmons and is headquartered in Burlington, Kentucky. QuickStop Oilube has four locations in Ohio, five locations in Kentucky and one location in Indiana. These locations will convert to the Take 5 Oil Change format over the coming months and Take 5 Oil Change will now operate 47 locations in Ohio, with five in Kentucky and one in Indiana.
