Take 5 Oil Change has named Missy McKinley as its newest vice president of field operations in a recent press release.
Most recently serving as president of operations for Scooter’s Coffee, McKinley has also held leadership positions with Circle K and Dollar Tree Stores and has displayed an emphasis on driving growth and promoting healthy workplace cultures.
During McKinley’s time with Scooter’s Coffee, the company doubled its Average Unit Volume (AUV) and made several expansions to new locations in a short amount of time.
As Take 5’s vice president of field operations, McKinley will oversee the company’s growth initiatives while working to optimize customers’ experiences. She has a particular interest in the company’s “Pit Tech to President” career pathing model and looks to promote innovation and success among Take 5’s employees.
