July 10, 2020—Clean Streak Ventures has officially acquired two different brands, according to a press release.
According to the release, the company has acquired Top Dog Express Car Wash and Oil Change and three Blue Water Car Wash locations. The company also formed a new partnership with Clean Machine Car Wash.
In March 2019, Clean Streak acquired three Blue Water locations to add to its existing Orlando, Fla., locations. These locations will be converted to the Top Dog brand.
In November, Clean Streak acquired Top Dog's three operating locations, plus one additional site under development, in the Orlando, Fla., area. Top Dog's services include express and full-serve washes, detailing, and quick lube.
In January, Clean Streak partnered with the Raskin family and purchased a majority stake in Clean Machine. The company currently operates three locations and has a new site under construction in the Naples-Fort Myers, Fla., area.
