Take 5 scored 810 out of a possible 1,000 in the quick oil change category, beating the nearest competitor by 26 points.

Feb. 4, 2021—Take 5 Oil earned the J.D. Power Award for highest overall customer satisfaction among all quick oil change providers, the company announced in a press release. 

The study measures customer satisfaction among 8,148 vehicle owners, providing a numerical index ranking of the highest-performing U.S. aftermarket service facilities. Take 5 scored 810 out of a possible 1,000 in the quick oil change category, beating the nearest competitor by 26 points.
