Dec. 21, 2021—Machine Investment Group has acquired eight Jiffy Lube locations in the San Francisco Bay Area.
According to a news release, MIG partnered with The Cogent Group to purchase the portfolio of shops "conveniently located in some of the most highly trafficked and dense areas in the San Francisco Bay Area." Each shop averages just under 5,000 square feet.
The eight shops are "100 percent occupied by Jiffy Lube International."
