City Council Gives Award to Local Quick Lube

Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers of Oldsmar, Fla., took home the city's Business of the Quarter award.

Jan. 20, 2021—The Oldmar City Council in Florida has awarded its Business of the Quarter honor to a local quick lube.

Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers received the award during a city council meeting on Jan. 19. The shop is run by Jason Nastasi, whose shop took home the Best Looking Lube award in 2020. His 5,600-square-foot building was completed early in that year.
