July 29, 2020—Bolt On Technology has released a standalone customer online review tool.

FourthGear is part of the company's NextGear line and is a tool to help shops receive customer feedback and boost reviews, according to a press release.

The program works on web-enabled devices and prompts customer reviews. It also alerts shops to negative reviews so that they can be quickly handled.

The subscription-based service is $100 per month, the release says.
