Set your 2024 marketing strategy by taking a look back at some evergreen advice.

Are you interested in a marketing refresh for 2024? It’s an admirable goal and can seem quite daunting on its surface. But every good marketing strategy has its steps, which means you don’t have to accomplish it all at once.

Luckily, NOLN has consistently covered the topics of sales and marketing. So, we’ve dipped back into the NOLN archives and curated this short list of various marketing elements and strategies. Think of the following stories as your place to start brainstorming for your own marketing endeavors.

You can make videos directly on your phone, or you can invest in a camera. It’s all about how you want to approach it. Lindsey Schmidt with marketing firm IMPACT spoke with NOLN about the basics of video production, and how you can elevate it.

Emailing your customers is all well and good, but the last thing you want is for your campaigns to go unclicked or get lost in the flurry of a busy inbox. Danielle Wallace with BG Products spoke with NOLN about actionable steps that shop owners can take to reach their audience and fine-tune their emails to stand out to increase marketing results.

Megan Williams of 3P Marketing Solutions and Craig Premont, shop manager at Vermont Quick Lube and Car Wash in Barre, Vermont, spoke with NOLN about their tips for a solid social media strategy.
