Going Deeper with Digital Discounts
Offering bigger discounts and more places to find them are two ways quick lube operators are trying to attract business at their shops.
The 2025 NOLN Operator Survey found that 71.8% of quick lube facilities are now offering discount coupons or programs to their customers. Notably, 82.5% of operators surveyed say they use digital coupons, a significant jump from the 59% of respondents a year prior who said they use digital discounts.
Moreover, the discounts being offered are becoming more significant well. Nearly 40% of survey participants said their typical discount offered is $11 or more, compared to just 24% of respondents in 2024.
