Jan. 3, 2021—Take 5 Oil Change is planning to build a location in southeast Tennessee.
According to a report from the Times Free Press, the national oil change brand will build a drive-thru shop in the southeast part of Chattanooga. The new shop is the latest in an effort by the company and area franchisee Michael Alterman to bring 10 Take 5 locations to the region.
A local real estate broker says Take 5 has already purchased the property, though the report does not say when construction is set to begin or when the shop is planned to open.
Take 5 has around 600 locations nationwide.
