Feb. 15, 2023–The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) is continuing its 23-year-long partnership with Kasey Kahne for the 2023 season, according to a press release.
Kasey Kahne Racing will feature the ASE logo on “its two World of Outlaws series cars, the No. 49 car driven by Brad Sweet and the No. 9 car driven by Kahne.” Kahne will also make special appearances for ASE.
Since first partnering with each other in 2000, Kahne has been “a tremendous representative of ASE” and “understands the importance of having ASE-Certified automotive professionals working on his teams’ cars,” said president and CEO of ASE Tim Zilke.
During that time KKR has also won five series championships and over 230 World of Outlaws races, with KKR and Sweet winning the World of Outlaws last season “for the fourth-straight year in a vehicle sporting the ASE insignia.”
Kahne looks forward to another season with ASE and is confident they will help KKR succeed. “Wins are what it’s all about,” he said, “and we want to really thank ASE for the support over the years in making that happen.”
