The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company will be celebrating Veterans Day by offering free car care checks and special discounts, according to a news release.
Goodyear Auto Service Centers and Just Tires company-owned locations across the U.S. will be offering first responders, veterans and all active-duty U.S. Military with free car care checks and 10% off tires and services.
The promotion will be held November 10-14. Military members, veterans, and first responders must present a valid photo ID and will receive 10% off tires and services instantly, and may combine it with other promotions and offers for tires and services too.
The free car care check includes a tire tread and pressure check, an alignment check, a brakes and brake fluid check, and an under-the-hood fluid check.
For those who can’t make it to a store by November 14, as long as an appointment is scheduled before November 14, you have until November 19 to take advantage of the promotion.
“From World War I surveillance blimps, to building Corsair fighter aircraft during World War II and from keeping our first responders rolling to the veterans in our current workforce, Goodyear has a rich history of supporting the U.S. military and first responders,” said Fred Thomas, vice president and general manager, Retail, Goodyear North America.
