The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) will be holding a webinar titled “Cultivating Integrity,” according to a press release.
The free webinar for service technicians is slated to premiere live on November 14.
Led by Kevin Tetz with Paintucation, topics that will be explored include how to inspire integrity in technicians entering the field and how combining a "Best Practice" mentality and incentives can motivate a culture of integrity for entry-level technicians as well as the existing workforce.
Those who attend the live session will receive a certificate of attendance within one week. Those who are unable to attend are still encouraged to register and receive an e-mail with how to access a recorded version, if available.
