The Preventative Automotive Maintenance Association will be holding a webinar this Wednesday on handling conflict within the workplace.
Hosted by Claudia St. John, the session is part of PAMA’s Leadership Webinar Series launched this year.
The June 11 webinar will help attendees with understanding what critical conversations are, and will help them prepare through tips on harnessing emotional intelligence, body language, and communication.
