A new Mavis Tires & Brakes location is currently being constructed in Orangeburg, South Carolina, reports The Times and Democrat.
The new store will be located in a building currently under construction within the Magnolia Village shopping center on North Road.
When completed, the Mavis location will sit next to a Walmart, and will soon be joined in the shopping center by several other businesses as well. A Dunkin Donuts will open by the end of the year, and plans are in motion for three national chain restaurants and five big box retailers to open locations there too.
It’s estimated the shopping center will house a total of 14 to 15 businesses at full occupancy. Details on an opening date for the new Mavis location have not yet been released.
