An upcoming episode of Viewpoint–an educational series that explores different industries in each installment–will center around the current state of the automotive service industry, according to a press release.
Hosted by Dennis Quaid, the episode will be created in collaboration with ASA Automotive Systems, a provider of shop management software for the tire and automotive service industry.
The episode will conduct interviews with experts in the field and explore what tools currently exist for improvement in areas like inventory management and service quality.
With filming set to begin this month, Viewpoint and ASA are inviting individuals and organizations in the tire and auto service sector to add their voices to the conversation. The episode is expected to be released later this year.
