A new Valvoline Instant Oil Change location is under construction in Topeka, Kansas, reports WIBW 13 NEWS.
The new store will be located in North Topeka, across from a Dillons grocery store on NW 25th and NW Rochester Rd.
It’s currently being built by Tri-North Builders, and is expected to come equipped with three service bays, according to a construction worker. The building is expected to be completed by September.
