Illinois-Based Take 5 Oil Change Franchisee Continues New York Expansion

Take 5 Oil Change franchisee Quattro Development is continuing its expansion in New York, reports the Rochester Business Journal.

Oak Brook, Illinois-based Quattro Development has purchased a property at 1607 West Ridge Rd. in Rochester, New York, with plans to construct a new Take 5 store there, according to Quattro partner Mike Liyeos.

This marks the fourth property Quattro has purchased for Take 5 franchising in Monroe County. The first was in Henrietta, followed by another in Webster and, most recently, the opening of another location in Rochester at Mt. Hope Avenue, which is already open for business.
