Lucas Oil Products recently received the 2025 Manufacturing Industry Top Workplaces Award from Energage, an organization that highlights people-first workplace cultures, according to a press release.
The award winner is chosen based on employee feedback, collected through an engagement survey conducted by Energage. It aims to recognize companies that listen to their employees and place them at the center of decision-making.
