NOLN Opens Nominations for 2026 Operator of the Year Award
NOLN is now accepting applications for its annual Operator of the Year Award.
Since 1989, NOLN has presented its top honor to outstanding quick lube operators who excel in all aspects of shop ownership, from business performance to staff leadership to community involvement. In 2025, NOLN recognized Brian Morrison of Aplus Automotive as the Operator of the Year.
To qualify for the NOLN Operator of the Year, nominees must own a quick lube facility, either an independent business or franchise location. Anyone can nominate a deserving professional, and you can make multiple nominations. Single- and multi-site operators are eligible.

Nominations will be accepted through April 30.
Once selected, the NOLN Operator of the Year Award winner will be honored with a profile in NOLN and featured on the magazine’s cover.
