PAMA Opens Calls for iFLEX at AAPEX Presentation Proposals

The Preventative Automotive Maintenance Association is now accepting presentation proposals for iFLEX at AAPEX, taking place Nov. 3–5.

As shared in a recent PAMA release, the organization is seeking 15–30 minute presentations focused on customer service best practices. The deadline to submit is June 11.

Presentations may be delivered by an individual, with a vendor partner, or by a team from your company. Additionally, those who submit presentations must be available to present at a time between Nov 3–5, 2026.

“Think about what your company does especially well and what lessons or ideas could help others strengthen their operations,” suggested PAMA.
