Highline Warren to Acquire Distribution Hub

The 1.1 million-square-foot-facility in McDonough, Georgia, is expected to be operational by the end of 2026.

Highline Warren, the Memphis, Tennessee-based distributor of maintenance products, on Tuesday announced a planned acquisition of a new facility in McDonough, Georgia, as part of its efforts to grow its operational network.

The company currently operates 21 distribution and manufacturing facilities, and offers more than 30,000 products to more than 10,000 customers.

Highline Warren, which serves the quick lube industry through its Service Champ subsidiary, said in a news release that the new 1.1 million-square-foot facility in Georgia will help to better position the company to move products more quickly and support growing demand across key markets, reinforcing its ability to deliver to 95% of the U.S. population within two days.

“This planned investment reflects our continued focus on strengthening our network and expanding our capabilities in a deliberate, strategic way,” Highline Warren CEO Darcy Curran said in a statement. “This new facility means we are better positioned to support our customers with greater consistency, reliability, and reach across key markets.”

In a separate release, the office of Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp said Highline Warren is investing $170 million in the project, which is expected to create 160 jobs. Operations in the new facility are expected to begin in late 2026.
