Jiffy Lube has relocated to a new Houston headquarters, as shared in a press release from the real estate firm representing Jiffy Lube, Stream Realty Partners.

The headquarters will be housed in an approximately 28,000-square-foot space at Westway Plaza, located at 11330 Clay Road. The relocation follows Monomoy Capital Partners’ acquisition of Jiffy Lube from Shell Oil.

Westway Plaza is a 327,040-square-foot, LEED Gold-certified Class A office building located at the northwest corner of Clay Road and Sam Houston Tollway, offering access to Interstate 10, U.S. 290, and the Grand Parkway. The property features an on-site café with outdoor seating, a fitness center with locker rooms, on-site property management, and 24/7 security.

The fully furnished space also enabled a quick occupancy timeline while minimizing disruption to employees and positioning the company for continued success.”

Jiffy Lube will relocate from the Shell Woodcreek Campus, where the company has maintained its Houston offices. The company is expected to move into its new headquarters in August 2026.
