Nov. 8, 2019—RelaDyne announced that it has acquired Richard Oil and Fuel, a full-service oil, lubricant, gasoline and diesel fuel distributor serving Louisiana, according to a press release.
Richard Oil was founded in 1972 in Donaldsonville, La. RelaDyne hopes to bolster its presence in the Southeast with the addition.
