Feb. 1, 2021—Oil Changers has acquired five new locations through the acquisition of Prolube and Prolube Modesto, the company announced in a press release.
The new locations span across Northern California including in Modesto, Merced, Lodi, Grass Valley and Chico. It is Oil Changers first acquisition of 2021.
“We are eager and excited to welcome these shops to the team and expand into new California markets,” said president Eric Frankenberger.
