March 4, 2022—National Oil and Lube News opened nominations for its annual Operator of the Year award.

Now in its 32nd year, the Operator of the Year award recognizes a top quick maintenance owner who pushes the industry forward and finds success with their customers, co-workers, and communities. The 2021 Operator of the Year was Jason Berry, who runs two Havoline xpress lube shops in Alabama.

NOLN is calling for nominations for the next award winner. Fill out the form at noln.net/awards and help choose the next Operator of the Year.

Additionally, the annual NOLN Operator Survey is open as of March 1. The survey helps track key indicators in the quick maintenance industry and relies on the contributions of operators across the country to make it possible.
