April 27, 2022—Upon suffering a medical emergency, a driver recently crashed their vehicle into the woods behind Blue Wave Car Wash and Quick Lube in Barnegat, New Jersey.
According to Jersey Shore Online, the driver was a customer of the car wash. Employees of Blue Wave were able to remove the driver before the vehicle was completely engulfed by flames.
The condition of the driver is currently unknown.
“We would like to thank our heroic employees and customers who jumped into action and helped remove the victim from his vehicle prior to it being engulfed by flames,” Blue Wave Car Wash staff wrote online in regards to the incident. “We would also like to thank the Barnegat Police and Fire departments for their quick response.”
