April 21, 2022—A proposal by Valvoline Instant Oil Change to build a 2,088 square foot building on a former Chevron station site in East Cobb, Georgia has been approved.
According to East Cobb News, this Valvoline location will have three bays and 15 parking spaces. The Chevron station that formerly populated the site was demolished last year after closing in 2020, and the lot has been vacant since that time.
This proposal, which was just approved on Tuesday, was included on the commissioners' consent agenda during what was a rezoning hearing. Comments submitted prior to the vote by the East Cobb Civic Association are not available at this time.
