Feb. 18, 2021—An application for a Valvoline Instant Oil Change has been approved in Brick Township, NJ., the Brick Shorebeat reported.
The project was approved with a 5-2 vote from the township’s Board of Adjustment Wednesday night. The 4,144 square-foot location will be constructed at Brick’s Bay Harbor Plaza.
The drive-thru oil change will replace previous plans that had the same location pegged as a Hardee’s restaurant. The Valvoline facility is expected to be completed in relatively short order.
