March 22, 2022—The Cobb County Board of Commissioners denied a request by a real estate developer to add a lube shop to a retail area.
The Cobb County Courier reports that the shop would have been a three-bay building for the area just outside Atlanta. Land use guidelines prohibit light auto repair, but the developer was hoping for a variance.
