Dec. 2, 2021—Halron Lubricants on Monday announced it acquired Perkins Oil Company.
Both family-owned, Wisconsin-based companies, the two companies will merge under the Halron Lubricants name and will be headquartered in Green Bay, Wis., according to a news release. The acquisition of Perkins will allow Halron to expand its reach to parts of Iowa and Illinois, as well as to continue serving Wisconsin, Minnesota and Michigan.
“I am thrilled that Rich Perkins and I were able put these two long time family businesses together," Halron CEO Mike Halron said. "The two organizations share very similar cultures and core values. Rich and his management team will be working with the Halron management team to grow the business together.”
