MANN+HUMMEL Appoints New Leadership Positions

Feb. 23, 2023–Global filtration solutions provider MANN+HUMMEL has announced Rodrigo Reyes as the new senior vice president of the Europe Automotive Aftermarket, with Marco Faulenbach taking over as senior vice president of Automotive Aftermarket Americas, according to a press release.

Reyes has “led the company’s Aftermarket Americas team since 2013,” and in his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing the efforts of the company’s European Aftermarket team.

Faulenbach has been brought onto MANN+HUMMEL to take over management of aftermarket activities in North and South America, such as “engineering, sales, and distribution for the WIX Filters, Purolator, and MANN-FILTER brands.”

“I was inspired by MANN+HUMMEL’s vision of ‘Leadership in Filtration’ through cleaner mobility, cleaner air, and cleaner water,” Faulenbach said.

Previously, Faulenbach served as the chief commercial officer with LKQ Europe and has also “worked in senior management positions with BMW and Bosch” in the past. 

Stefan Tolle, MANN+HUMMEL's president and general manager of Automotive Aftermarket, said that Faulenbach officially joined the team in “early February” and that he and Reyes were “working closely” to “ensure a smooth and successful transition of leadership.”
