Lubrication Specialities Appoints New Marketing Roles

Lubrication Specialties has announced Ben Haws as the company’s new digital marketing manager and Chris Lane as Hot Shot’s Secret’s new field marketing representative.

Hot Shot’s Secret manufacturer Lubrication Specialties has announced Ben Haws as the company’s new digital marketing manager and Chris Lane as Hot Shot’s Secret’s new field marketing representative, according to a press release.

Haws has 10 years of experience with digital media and graduated with a Master of Business Administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in 2021. He has previously worked with the company supervising digital marketing campaigns and ensuring “strong SEO, awareness, engagement, and sales of the company’s flagship Hot Shot’s Secret performance brand.”

Working alongside the company’s brand manager and marketing director, he will now help with developing brand loyalty programs for consumers and “increase educational opportunities for Hot Shot’s Secret’s dealer network and fleets.”

Becoming Hot Shot’s Secret’s new field marketing representative is a dream come true for Lane, having a “professed obsession” with semi-trucks and racing since he was a kid. He has “co-hosted No Prep Racing events throughout Ohio, Kentucky, and Michigan.”

Lane’s duties encompass developing programs that will “drive brand loyalty and develop strategies to increase brand awareness at consumer and trade events.” He will work with and report to the director of branding and promotions, Kyle Fischer.

Lubrication Specialties president, Brett Tennar, believes Haws and Lane are fully qualified, with Haws’ background executing “creative digital strategies” and Lane having used the company’s products himself for three years.
