National Oil and Lube News has released its 2023 Operator Survey Report.

The annual report compiles data from quick lube shops across the country. Several highlights from this year's report include: 

• 52% of respondents have 21+ years of industry experience
• 67% of respondents run a single-shop network 
• 40% of respondents have a $100+ ticket average 

Additionally, the report shows a slight increase in the reported miles between oil changes from 5,155 in 2022 to an average of 5,269 in 2023. Other topics touched on in the report include wages and tenure, social media usage, bay times, gross profit margins and much more.
