2026 NOLN Operator Survey Report Now Available
The 2026 NOLN Operator Survey Report is now available for download.
Published annually since 1988, the Operator Survey Report has offered quick lube operators insights on staffing, facilities, service offerings, customers, car counts, and more. This year, NOLN once again received responses from all 50 states and Canada.
A plurality of respondents told us they operate between five and nine locations, including independent shops, franchise locations, general repair facilities with a quick lube lane, and dealerships with a quick lube lane. More than two-thirds of respondents offer full-service auto repairs.
