Automotive Content Professionals Network Opens Award Submissions

The Automotive Content Professionals Network (ACPN) has opened submissions for the 2024 ACPN Content Excellence Awards, according to a press release.

The awards recognize the best examples of ACES® and PIES™ data standards use and compliance in the aftermarket industry, as well as electronic cataloging and content in B2C platforms.

A new category has been introduced this year: the Trailblazer Award, given to an individual that has demonstrated leadership, innovation, and notable contributions to ACPN and content management communities, to content management and supporting technologies, and the auto care industry. The award is presented and managed by ACPN Leadership Council and the Technology Standards Committee (TSC).

The other four categories include: ACES and PIES Data Award - Year, Make, Model Applications Only (BaseVehicleID); ACES and PIES Data Award - Manufacturer/Equipment Model Applications Only (EquipmentBaseID); Web-based Catalog Award; and Receiver’s Choice Award.

Winners are recognized at the ACPN conference programming during the annual Auto Care Connect Conference, taking place May 5-8, 2024 at the Hyatt Regency Chicago in Chicago, Illinois.

The deadline to enter is Jan. 26, 2024. To be considered for an award, applicants must be willing to attend the 2024 Auto Care Connect event.
