Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Sees Its First Take 5 Oil Change Opening

    Having a background in the hospitality industry, the store's franchisees hope to provide quality service to its customers.

    Sioux Falls, South Dakota, is getting its first Take 5 Oil Change store, reports SiouxFalls.Business.

    The facility will be housed in a newly constructed building on East 10th Street, between Taco John’s and Caribou Coffee.

    To celebrate the opening of the store, a 50% discount on oil changes will be offered through this Saturday. Staff will have Sunday off before the store fully launches into business on Monday, with a $15 discount on any oil change for the day.

    The store will be valuing the timeliness of its work but also plans to emphasize a positive customer experience overall. 

    Franchisees Max Pfeiffer and Kevin Weisbeck bring a background of working in the hospitality industry, and plan to offer customers free bottles of water as they wait in their cars–for those with kids, they also offer gummy snacks, as well as dog treats for any canine companions tagging along.

    “We really focus on speed but also quality of the service,” said Pfeiffer.
