A new Valvoline Instant Oil Change location is slated to open in Circleville, Ohio, reports the Scioto Post.
The new location will be located at the site of an old school and firehouse, which has been demolished to make way for a project site expected to house multiple retail establishments, with Valvoline being the first to put its name in.
According to Schiff Properties, once construction on the site is complete, there’s potential for four businesses to be housed in the location, with efforts currently being made to recruit a steakhouse. The Valvoline would operate in a standalone multi-bay facility at the intersection near Court Street.
An ordinance was proposed for the project site on South Court and US-23 Connector Road by the Director of Public Service, which would turn the current three-way intersection into a four-way junction.
According to the director, the ordinance would be mainly focused on improving traffic lights and road markings. Regardless of what happens, Schiff Properties expressed a firm commitment to developing the site.
