Plans for the construction of a new Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Englewood, Ohio have been put into motion, the Register-Herald reports.
The new Valvoline would be located at 9200 N. Main St., on 0.57 acres of property within the south side of a Meijer grocery store parking lot.
A modification to an existing Special Planned Unit Development District on the Meijer property was approved by the Englewood city council during a Nov. 28 meeting, which will allow for the Valvoline to be constructed.
The Planning Commission recommended approval, contingent on the Valvoline not having more than two bays and measuring 1,500 square feet or less. These same conditions were placed on a new Take 5 Oil Change constructed in a Kroger out-lot that was approved last year.
