A new Take 5 Oil Change location has been proposed for Maricopa, Arizona, reports InMaricopa.
A pre-application for a new Take 5 was submitted by Atwell Group on June 20. The store would be located on a half-acre parcel at the southwest corner of John Wayne Parkway and Honeycutt Avenue. It would operate out of a 1,345-square-foot building with two service bays.
The spot is part of the rapidly growing South Bridge area, as well as a broader commercial plan that will include a 7-Eleven convenience store and Super Star Car Wash that have already been proposed for the same corner.
No timeline for approval or construction has yet been announced for the new store. In the meantime, the closest Take 5 stores are roughly 30 minutes away in Chandler and Casa Grande.
